Job Description
As Environmental Section Team Lead, you will drive the growth of the RBG Environmental Program, identify gaps in technical services, and support staff development and recruitment. You will also assist with administrative responsibilities, client and business development initiatives, and marketing planning.
Requirements
- Drive the growth of the RBG Environmental Program
- Identify gaps in technical services and help develop requisitions
- Support existing staff development
- Support recruitment and hiring process
- Assist with administrative responsibility
- Lead and coordinate services with other sections
- Support client and business development initiatives
- Demonstrate ability to establish new business relationships
- Support the growth of the Resource Business Group's environmental practice
- Be involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviews
- Work with other RBG Section Leads to cross market and support environmental services
- Be comfortable meeting with new and existing clients
- Present HDR's services
- Perform Project Management roles
- Manage technical staff
- Leverage resources and strategize to solve project delivery issues
- Have experience in development and management of diverse teams
- Work cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff
- Assist in ensuring all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated
