Job Description
We're seeking a Federal Architecture Program Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity and non-technical intricacies. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, leadership, and communication, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects.
Requirements
- Assume leadership responsibilities for managing multidisciplinary infrastructure programs
- Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets of infrastructure programs
- Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution
- Anticipate and identify potential issues and risks that may impact program implementation
- Develop and implement various plans, business processes, and tools to drive efficiencies
- Direct the services provided by a program team comprised of HDR and subconsultants staff
- Monitor the program's financial performance against pre-established financial metrics
