Job Description
HDR is seeking a Federal Architecture Program Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity and non-technical intricacies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and experience managing large programs using alternative and collaborative delivery methods.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Professional Architecture License
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- PMI Program Management Professions (PgMP) certification
- CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certification
- AICP Certification
- Experience working in an integrated fashion within a Program Management Office (PMO) comprised of consultant and client staff
- Willingness to travel and, if needed, commute to a client's site temporarily
