New York/ New Jersey Area Business Development Leader

At HDR, we are seeking a Business Development Leader to lead our Transportation Business Group in the New York/New Jersey area. This role will be responsible for setting strategic vision, overseeing business development programs, and growing our presence in the market. As a leader in our company, you will work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve annual goals and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Set the strategic vision for a multi-market sector growth approach for HDR's NY/NJ area
• Coordinate and oversee business development programs and growth initiatives
• Work with local operations managers and regional directors on strategic planning, goal development, budgeting, and program leadership
• Manage business development with business, operations, marketing, and project staff to maximize client satisfaction and company growth
• Develop and implement business development plans and budgets, and track and report on Area marketing performance indicators
