Program Manager

HDR is seeking a Program Manager to lead the management of multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with a high degree of technical complexity and non-technical intricacies. The role involves advising clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of infrastructure programs, planning, directing, and monitoring program execution, and developing plans to drive efficiencies and promote transparency.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or closely related field
• Minimum three years of program management experience or five years of project management experience
• Strong leadership skills and experience building a cohesive team culture
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to client executives and large audiences
