Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or closely related field
- Minimum three years of program management experience or five years of project management experience
- Strong leadership skills and experience building a cohesive team culture
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to client executives and large audiences
