Job Description
HDR is seeking a Senior Program Manager/Client Manager to lead the management of multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with technical complexity and non-technical intricacies. The ideal candidate will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets of infrastructure programs and leverage lessons learned from other programs to address client needs.
Requirements
- Assume leadership responsibilities for the management of multidisciplinary infrastructure programs
- Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets of infrastructure programs
- Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution
- Anticipate and identify potential issues and risks that may impact program implementation
- Develop and implement various plans and business processes to drive efficiencies and emphasize accountability
