Job Description
HDR is seeking a Project Manager for its Healthcare Architecture practice. The successful candidate will lead healthcare projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout, and will be responsible for coordinating work with multidiscipline teams and facilitating design work sessions with clients.
Requirements
- Lead healthcare projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout
- Independently coordinate work of Project Architects and balance multidiscipline teams
- Facilitate design work sessions with clients and their representatives
- Experience with California healthcare projects, including OSHPD-1 and OSHPD-3
- Coordinate staffing workload and track financial aspects of projects
- Champion quality control and assurance process
- Participate in marketing activities and strengthen client relations
