Job Description
HDR is looking for a Project Manager (Healthcare Architecture) to lead healthcare projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout. The role involves coordinating work with multidiscipline teams, facilitating design work sessions, and championing quality control and assurance processes. The ideal candidate should have experience with California healthcare projects, including OSHPD-1 and OSHPD-3, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. As a project manager, the role requires 7 years of related experience and a minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
Requirements
- Lead healthcare projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout
- Independently coordinate work of Project Architects and balance multidiscipline teams
- Experience with California healthcare projects, including OSHPD-1 and OSHPD-3
- Coordinate staffing workload through entire project development
- Track financial aspects of projects, including forecasting
- Champion quality control and assurance process
- Participate in marketing activities representing project management requirements
- Strengthen client relations through excellence in project delivery
