Project Manager (Healthcare Architecture)

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout. The ideal candidate will have experience with California healthcare projects, including OSHPD-1 and OSHPD-3, and a strong understanding of project management principles. As a Project Manager at HDR, you will be responsible for leading a team of Project Architects and coordinating with multidiscipline teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. You will also be involved in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings, and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that advance community well-being around the world.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 7 years related experience
• A minimum 2 years project management
• Registered Architect
• Must be able to lead a team on projects
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
• Good planning and mentoring skills
