Job Description
HDR is a company that values diversity and inclusion, and we're looking for a Real Estate Services Agent II to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing pre-negotiation project and property services, coordinating right-of-way and utility issues, and performing activities to support real property projects. We believe that every role makes a difference in our ability to change the world for the better.
Requirements
- AA degree or equivalent experience
- Real estate license in good standing, or equivalent, as required by law
- Database and GIS familiarity
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, right-of-way, title, utility coordination, relocation, or property management
- Ability to work independently, communicate and document effectively, handle large volumes of work, and coordinate closely with management availability for travel
