Job Description
As a Real Estate Services Agent II at HDR, you will provide pre-negotiation project and property due diligence, negotiations for acquisition of rights, and coordinate right-of-way and utility issues for clients. You will also participate in planning meetings, lead planning and status meetings with clients and stakeholders, and maintain and document property owner and client interactions.
Requirements
- AA degree or equivalent experience
- Real estate license in good standing, or equivalent, as required by law
- Database and GIS familiarity
