Job Description
At HDR, we are looking for a Real Estate Services Agent 2 to provide pre-negotiation project and property owner due diligence, negotiations, and relocation services for public or private projects. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, right-of-way, title, utility coordination, relocation, or property management.
Requirements
- AA degree or equivalent experience
- Real estate license in good standing, or equivalent, as required by law
- Database and GIS familiarity
