Job Description
HDR is seeking a Resident Project Representative 2 to join their Field Services team. As a Resident Project Representative 2, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and trust at every step of construction project delivery.
Requirements
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Maintain accurate daily records of contractor's daily activities
- Review construction materials for Contract compliance
- Attend and/or chair construction progress meetings
- Conduct observations of installation and acceptance testing of completed equipment and systems
- Identify nonconforming work and develop project punchlists
- Develop record documentation for engineer review/acceptance
- Assist with project audit/closeout
- Supervise and direct junior Resident Project Representatives and Construction Inspectors
- Work under general supervision of a Resident Engineer
