Job Description
HDR is seeking a Resident Project Representative 2 to work on construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and trust at every step. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5 years of progressive construction experience, and a professional license or certification. The role involves working on multidisciplinary projects, interpreting construction drawings, and supervising junior team members.
Requirements
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Maintain accurate daily records of contractor's activities and work performed
- Review construction materials for Contract compliance
- Track quantities and develop pay estimates for acceptance
- Attend and/or chair construction progress meetings
- Conduct observations of installation and acceptance testing of completed equipment and systems
- Identify nonconforming work, develop project punchlists and maintain until corrected
- Develop record documentation for engineer review/acceptance
- Assist with project audit/closeout
