Requirements
- Provide area leadership of technical capabilities within the right of way business class
- Lead and coordinate the execution of technical tasks such as cost estimates, title reports and research, scheduling, risk analysis, negotiation and acquisition of land rights, occupant relocation, property management, and land owner liaison work during construction coordination
- Build and retain strong relationships with team, project managers, and client development managers throughout Montana
