We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support internal corporate events and serve as a trusted administrative partner to leaders and teams. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of administrative assistant experience and 3 years of experience planning and executing large-scale corporate events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of administrative assistant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and executing large-scale corporate events
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative support
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented with the flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of A/E industry desired
- Experience working in an office environment
