Job Description
HDR is seeking a Senior Construction Inspector to conduct and document observations of construction, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with other field representatives. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 5+ years of experience, and industry certifications.
Requirements
- Conduct and document observations of construction as it progresses for civil projects
- Mentor junior field staff and provide supervision as needed
- Collaborate with other field representatives or Project Managers
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Identify discrepancies or conflicts within the documents
