Job Description
As a Senior Construction Inspector at HDR, you will conduct observations of construction, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with other field representatives to ensure projects are completed to high standards. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications, and identifying discrepancies or conflicts within the documents.
Requirements
- Conduct and document observations of construction as it progresses for civil projects
- Mentor junior field staff and provide supervision as needed
- Collaborate with other field representatives or Project Managers
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Identify discrepancies or conflicts within the documents
- Serve as the most senior inspector on projects as needed
- Perform other duties as needed
