Job Description
HDR is looking for a Senior Project Architect to join our Healthcare Architecture Practice in either Charlotte, Raleigh, or Atlanta. The role involves leading a multidiscipline team, performing layout and detailing on architectural projects, and establishing owner/client and internal meetings.
Requirements
- Lead a multidiscipline team
- Perform layout and detailing on architectural projects
- Establish owner/client and internal meetings
- Conduct work sessions at project site
- Coordinate workload of team members
- Review architectural documents
- Perform QA/QC and technical reviews
- Write and edit architectural specifications
- Coordinate with and assist affected disciplines
- Lead projects in a dual management role
- Provide construction contract administration
- Other duties as needed
