Requirements
- Lead the design and plan production for general site civil on a wide variety of projects
- Perform quantity calculations
- Prepare specifications and contract documents
- Conduct permitting
- Serve as Engineer of Record and technical expert
- Conduct early project development activities
- Plan and develop projects or design activities with significant impact
- Plan, organize and supervise work of medium to large staff of professionals and technicians
- Prepare/Review civil engineering scope of work and budgets/estimates for proposals
