Job Description
As a Senior Transportation Construction Inspector at HDR, you will conduct and document observations of construction, collaborate with other inspectors, and mentor junior field staff.
Requirements
- Conduct and document observations of construction
- Collaborate with other Inspectors, Construction Managers, Engineers, and Project Managers
- Mentor junior field staff and provide supervision as needed
- Read and interpret construction plans, shop drawings, specifications and contract documents
- Perform routine material testing on concrete, soils, and other materials
- Provide guidance to less-experienced field staff as needed
