Requirements
- Retain, develop, and supervise proposal and marketing employees, as assigned.
- Drive the go/no-go decision process and assure it is applied in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority and maintain a record of all go/no-go decisions.
- Lead pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies (capture planning).
