Job Description
HDR is seeking a strategic-minded South-Central Region Delivery Practice Lead to partner with internal and external teams to sculpt strategies for the growth of power delivery services and support the evolution of the power grid.
Requirements
- Develop strategy, set goals, and drive results for HDR's power delivery practice of the future
- Collaborate with peer leaders in business lines across the engineering and architecture business lines
- Represent HDR as regional power delivery lead in the industry
- Nurture relationships with clients to understand their challenges and strategies
- Create a cohesive practice across multiple offices, disciplines, and power delivery services
- Establish and drive objectives to support HDR annual and five-year strategic plans
- Partner with HDR stakeholders and clients to explore and execute on HDR's priorities
- Support staff development and assess HDR's power delivery staff
- Serve as principal project manager on select projects and an advisor to more junior staff
