Job Description
At HDR, we are looking for a Substation Engineer (PE) to support the design and execution of High Voltage Electric Utility projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physical substation design, protection and control systems, and project management.
Requirements
- Support preparing scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Understand physical substation design
- Prepare calculations for studies and reports
- Prepare equipment specifications for procurement
- Coordinate design activities with other departments
- Effectively communicate and coordinate project activities
