Requirements
- Establish primary local Power Delivery relationship with a strategic client
- Oversee execution of projects, drive quality and delivery, and provide technical leadership
- Supervise a small substation team and provide oversight over workload, quality, utilization, team morale, training, and performance reviews
- Coordinate with company recruiting staff and leadership to develop a hiring plan and grow the group
- Establish a network of relationships with technical peers in other offices and leverage those relationships and resources in worksharing opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and technical leadership for business development
- Implement HDR Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements, processes, and procedures
