Job Description
HDR is seeking a Transportation Business Group Quality Manager to assist in the development and maintenance of quality management plans, monitor project quality activities, and implement company standards and practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of QMS fundamentals, a minimum of 10 years of experience in the consulting industry, and a proven track record in project management and quality management projects.
Requirements
- ASQ or equivalent certification as Quality Manager, and/or Quality Auditor (prefer both; allow for the ability to obtain requisite certification within one year of assignment)
- P.E., RA, AIA or related certifications
- Professional Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 10 years in similar consulting industry and at least 8 years in specific technical area covered
- Deep understanding of QMS fundamentals
- Proven skills in the areas of Project Management and/or Quality Management projects
- Strong verbal and written communication with investigative interview experience and project QM software systems
