Transportation Business Group Quality Manager

HDR is seeking a Transportation Business Group Quality Manager to assist in the development and maintenance of quality management plans, monitor quality needs, and provide internal and external project reporting on quality-related activities. The role involves overseeing subconsultant quality activities, conducting project conformance reviews, and training project/program staff on quality management requirements. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of QMS fundamentals, proven skills in project management and quality management, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Professional Bachelor's degree
• ASQ or equivalent certification as Quality Manager, and/or Quality Auditor
• P.E., RA, AIA or related certifications
• A minimum of 10 years in similar consulting industry and at least 8 years in specific technical area covered
• Deep understanding of QMS fundamentals
• Proven skills in the areas of Project Management and/or Quality Management projects
• Strong verbal and written communication with investigative interview experience and project QM software systems
