Job Description
At HDR, we're looking for a Transportation Business Group Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you'll assist in developing and maintaining Quality Management Plans, monitor QM needs, and work with Program/Project Managers to assess and incorporate lessons learned and client feedback. You'll also provide internal and external project reporting on quality-related activities, issues, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- ASQ or equivalent certification as Quality Manager, and/or Quality Auditor
- P.E., RA, AIA or related certifications
- Professional Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 10 years in similar consulting industry and at least 8 years in specific technical area covered
- Deep understanding of QMS fundamentals
- Proven skills in the areas of Project Management and/or Quality Management projects
- Strong verbal and written communication with investigative interview experience and project QM software systems
