Job Description
HDR seeks a Transportation Business Group Quality Manager to assist in development and maintenance of quality management plans, monitor project quality activities, and provide internal and external project reporting on quality-related activities.
Requirements
- Professional Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 10 years in similar consulting industry and at least 8 years in specific technical area covered
- ASQ or equivalent certification as Quality Manager, and/or Quality Auditor (prefer both; allow for the ability to obtain requisite certification within one year of assignment)
- P.E., RA, AIA or related certifications
- Deep understanding of QMS fundamentals
- Proven skills in the areas of Project Management and/or Quality Management projects
- Strong verbal and written communication with investigative interview experience and project QM software systems
