Water / Wastewater Project Manager

HDR is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to advance the planning, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater facilities projects in Ohio. The role involves project management, client development, and technical expertise in water/wastewater treatment facilities and conveyance/distribution systems.

Requirements

• Direct project staff
• Lead water/wastewater projects as a project manager
• Provide project and task management
• Conduct process engineering for projects and proposals
• Collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums
• Lead production of design calculations and technical reports
• Lead preparation of engineering plans and specifications
• Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
• Participate in reviews with governing agencies
• Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document
• Coordinate workload and ensure completion of documents on schedule
• Track financial aspects of projects
• Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Business Group Manager for project reviews
• Perform technical analyses and report preparation
• Lead client project and technical meetings and/or workshops
• Provide leadership and mentoring for water/wastewater engineers
• Perform other duties as needed
