Principal Product Manager, LLM Innovation

Headspace seeks a Principal Product Manager, LLM Innovation to lead Large Language Model (LLM) innovation across the company, defining and owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for LLM-driven product innovation, translating emerging LLM opportunities into practical, user-centered products that align with business goals, and driving cross-functional alignment across product, data science, design, go-to-market, and operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with at least 3+ years leading AI or machine learning initiatives
• Strong technical fluency in Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, natural language processing, and AI-driven product development
• Proven ability to take emerging technologies from exploration to scalable product impact
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, balancing long-term vision with delivery, user-first mindset with a track record of translating technical capabilities into customer value
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Strong understanding of the generative AI landscape, including vendors, research trends, and regulatory considerations
