Staff Product Manager, B2B Employers

Headspace is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for their B2B Employers offerings. The role requires a strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape, product management excellence, and a passion for expanding access to mental health and wellness. The product manager will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, leading the product lifecycle, and ensuring our offerings meet the rigorous needs of employers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• 2+ years focused on B2B, Enterprise, or Health Tech products
• Proven track record of defining, launching, and iterating on successful products in a regulated industry
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
