Headway is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing (Patient) to own the end-to-end patient lifecycle, build a lifecycle team, and design and run A/B testing programs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing and is fluent in Iterable and/or Braze.
Requirements
- 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing
- Hands-on experience in Iterable and/or Braze
- Fluency in Knock
- Ability to design A/B tests with pre-registered hypotheses and holdout groups
- Experience shipping lifecycle programs in partnership with Engineering
- Active use of AI tools in work today
- Experience working in consumer health, consumer subscription, or a context where the user's emotional journey matters
- Comfort with HIPAA compliance considerations in marketing communications
