Revenue Operations, Process Lead

Headway's mission is to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. We're seeking a Revenue Operations Process Lead to sit at the intersection of systems, strategy, and frontline execution, ensuring our sales motions are operationally sound, deeply automated, and continuously optimized to drive provider activation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles within high-growth, operationally complex environments
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered tools and a point of view on how AI should be applied in RevOps
• Strong track record of leading large, cross-functional projects that involve systems, data, and process change
• Highly data-literate and comfortable using data to diagnose problems, evaluate impact, and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity, create alignment, and move teams toward action
• Thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and is energized by building and scaling new capabilities
