Job Description
Headway is building a new mental healthcare system to improve access and affordability. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead the design of their product and ensure it is effective, scalable, and visually appealing. This role focuses on building a powerful design system, insurance experience, and internal tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading design systems or product design teams.
- Extensive experience building and shipping design systems.
- Experience building and scaling a design team.
- Great communication skills.
- High quality visual design and attention to detail.
