Job Description
Headway is hiring a Senior Partner Success Associate, Care Partnerships to support care partners and clinicians, build relationships with care partners, and leverage data to identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in roles within Customer Success, or in Strategic Customer-facing roles
- Deep exposure to health system or provider group models and economics
- Relationship building skills, with the ability to forge meaningful bonds across all levels of an organization
