Job Description
The License Practical Nurse - PRN LPN role at Healogics involves providing wound-related and basic nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program/state approved educational program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice
- Two (2) or more years’ experience as LPN/LVN, to include one (1) or more years in SNF or LTACH setting
