Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN will provide wound-related and basic nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Provider. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as an LPN/LVN, with wound care experience preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program/state approved educational program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice
- Two (2) or more years’ experience as LPN/LVN, to include one (1) or more years in SNF or LTACH setting
- Wound care experience preferred
