Patient Navigator

Patient Navigator manages front office functions and assists staff in a dynamic outpatient wound care center, performing general office duties and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED); Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum of Two (2) or more years office administration experience, preferably in a medical setting; Prior medical coding experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good customer, interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Organization and time-management skills
• Ability to type 60 words per minute (wpm)
• Basic math skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
