The Patient Navigator manages front office functions and assists the staff of a dynamic outpatient wound care center, while adhering to Healogics policies, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines. The role requires coordinating with Center leadership, maintaining patient communication, and performing general office duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of office administration experience in a medical setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good customer and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
