Job Description
Health Advocate is seeking an Onsite Emotional Wellness Counselor to provide emotional support and wellness programming to employees at a client company worksite in Port St. Lucie, FL. The counselor will build trusted relationships with employees, provide coaching and support, and deliver wellness programming to enhance resilience and mitigate daily stressors.
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral health discipline
- Active and unrestricted Florida state licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
- Minimum of three years of post-graduate experience providing direct mental health services
- Ability to work onsite
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems, case management platforms, and standard workplace technology
