Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience; OR equivalent experience (10+ years in employee/labor relations and benefits)
- Experience in union environment, preferred
- Expertise in employment law, labor relations, and benefits administration
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
- Knowledgeable in labor relations principles and practices of human resources management and supervision in a union environment
