Requirements

• State Insurance License.
• 2 years' experience selling group health insurance products with a proven track record OR have met HCSC group health new sales goals in a group health insurance sales role and demonstrated ability to sell and close larger sized group accounts.
• 3 years in a position which requires self-direction, initiative, and decision-making.
• Verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to make presentations to groups and/or brokers.
• Ability to sell, negotiate and close sales.
• Detail oriented; customer service oriented.
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays within assigned territory.
