Senior Paralegal

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join its legal department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing complex documents, agreements, and pleadings related to litigation and regulatory matters. The role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree AND 2 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Paralegal Certification AND 4 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• 6 years of direct experience in a law firm or corporate legal department performing the functions of a Paralegal
