Job Description
The Call Center Representative will respond to member and provider inquiries, provide comprehensive support regarding health plan benefits and services, and deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance via telephone and other communication channels.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years' experience in Customer Service or Call Center role
- Previous experience with managed care plans, Medi-Cal and Medicare programs, and working with underserved populations
