Job Description
Join Northeastern Ontario's Health Care Leaders! As a Charge Respiratory Therapist, you will provide clinical leadership for the delivery of care and operational oversight of Respiratory Services on a day-to-day basis. You will coordinate staffing, support complex clinical decision making, and promote high quality patient care across all patient care areas.
Requirements
- Minimum of a three (3) year Advanced Diploma in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited college.
- Current Certificate of Registration in good standing with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario.
- Ministry of Labour "Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps" training certificate is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years' recent and relevant experience in Respiratory Therapy.
- Related leadership experience including training and mentoring staff, students and colleagues is preferred.
- Adult teaching and supervisory experience is preferred.
