Payroll Lead

Provide support, guidance and training to Payroll staff, coordinate payroll process with other departments and organizations, and prepare various Payroll related documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of a two (2) year Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or in a related field, from an accredited college.
• Current Certificate of Registration with Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) is required.
• Successful completion of Level I Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards Certification is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ working in a Payroll lead role within a large organization.
• Experience working within a unionized environment.
• Training or recent experience with financial health care is preferred.
