Job Description
Join Health Sciences North as a Respiratory Therapist and contribute to patient care. Provide mechanical ventilatory support and perform various breathing tests in the Pulmonary Function Laboratory. Opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment with competitive salary and benefits.
Requirements
- Current certification of registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario
- Ministry of Labour “Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps” training certificate
- Adult teaching and supervisory experience (asset)
- Demonstrated clinical competence in the assigned Core Group
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Personal Suitability: Proof of ongoing commitment to self-development
- Demonstrated positive work record and good attendance record
