Job Description
Outpatient Mental Health Therapist-MidWest Center for Personal & Family Development is seeking a self-motivated and dedicated outpatient mental health therapist to provide therapy for adults, adolescents, families, and couples. The role offers flexible scheduling, hybrid work model, and free individual and group clinical supervision for those pursuing licensure.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
- Fully licensed or on track for licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPC in the state of MN
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while demonstrating mental resilience
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
