Job Description
MidWest Center is seeking a self-motivated and dedicated outpatient mental health therapist to provide therapy for adults, adolescents, families, and couples in St. Paul and Burnsville locations with hybrid telehealth options available.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
- Fully licensed or on track for licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPC in the state of MN
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while demonstrating mental resilience
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
